Carrot Casserole Recipe -- Family favorite

Carrot Casserole

1 large family size pkg carrots
1 stick butter
1 ½ pound Velveeta cheese
Ritz crackers

Peel and slice carrots. Cook until tender. Put into a baking dish. Melt cheese and butter: pour over carrots. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
