God Is Good ALL the Time!!

After 45 hours without power (due to the winds from Hurricane Ike), I am back up and running!! Thankfully we are all safe and have no property damage!! I can say from the bottom of my heart, "God is good ALL the time!". As I was telling my girls, even in bad situations we can be thankful for all the good things:

• We were all safe and had a roof over our heads
• we had water (even if it was COLD)
• the weather was very nice (after the wind subsided)
• we used our gas grill to cook
• and we were able to rent a generator after the first 20 hours!!

However, I am so very thankful our power is back on!! Ice cold showers are not fun and I was eagerly waiting to turn on my computer!! HA! Hope everyone is safe!
